After one of the wettest and coolest Springs in 50 years (yay), Summer has finally made it to our little patch of paradise. And with Summer comes loads of freshly picked strawberries and salad greens. Yum. There has to be a good side to Summer right!!
Yesterday we picked a trug full of lettuce, micro greens (which we've grown for the first time) and strawberries. Which we were delighted to partake of for dinner.
Okay, we're not self-sufficient but we sure are enjoying the fruits of our hard work.
Oh, and the apricots are still not ripe.
